As a daily high-heel wearer, I have experienced the feeling that I might lose my shoe, and, on occasion, my feet have nearly slipped out of a pair of pumps, with me coming close to losing my balance. So, when the opportunity came to try a product called Sticky Shoes, I was first in line.
My initial test was with a pair of 3-inch polka-dot pumps barefoot to see how my skin might fare with this product. I placed a double-sided adhesive strip inside each heel and walked around for a few hours, and my feet never came out of the shoes.
My second attempt was with a pair of 5-inch black stilettos and tights. Once again, my feet weren’t going anywhere. It was quite remarkable. The only challenge was getting my feet out of the shoes at the end of the day. The adhesive is so strong that some of it came off on the tights, but I was fine with that, because the product did its job.
I also used one of the strips to keep a belt in place, because the end of it was so long, it was sticking out. That belt didn’t move.
I would certainly recommend this product, especially for a special occasion when you are wearing your highest heels and might be dancing in those shoes.

I‘m stuck on Sticky Shoes. These nifty strips provide the perfect prep before I slip my feet into my high heels. Voila! When I lift my foot, the back of my shoe comes with it. Best invention ever! So simple, yet so effective.
This product goes into the category of “Why didn’t I think of this first and make millions of dollars?” Seriously, this product is a must-have in every fashionista’s purse.
A small caution: If you have antsy feet, you may pull up the inner sole, but it’s an easy fix. Just use another Sticky Shoes strip to repair it.
For any women who simply must have that great-looking pair of shoes with the heel that’s a smidgeon too wide, Sticky Shoes solves the problem of walking out of our heels. Sticky Shoes boosts my confidence in high heels. No more turned ankles or broken heels for me.

Thirty pairs, give or take, of the most gorgeous high heels line my floor.
As I strut my way across the bar or into the office, I walk with confidence in these leg-slimming, height-adding stilettos — until my foot starts to slide, then I hit the ground at the wrong angle and down I go.
Yes, I’ve had many a Jennifer Lawrence red-carpet moments, except mine were in a Pittsburgh bar or right in front of people in a crowded office.
Sticky Shoes promised to keep my feet from slipping out of my shoes. My hope was that, when wearing them, I would become fall-proof.
I felt like I was putting a double-sided piece of tape inside my shoes to hold my heal down. As I strutted around the mall, instead of gaining comfort, I had discomfort with the product. I constantly felt the tape pulling at my foot. No, it didn’t keep my sweaty foot in place. But it did keep pulling at the skin, making me feel uncomfortable.
Each time I tried Sticky Shoes, I was happy to get home and remove the tape-like product from my shoes, because it annoyed me as I walked. Although the product warns to “use caution” when removing your foot from a shoe that contains Sticky Shoes, I had no problems. My foot slid out several times while wearing the product.
