An unknown assailant shot two men early today at a car wash in Collier, police said. Investigators believe the victims were wounded by a single bullet.

One man, 19, of McDonald, was struck in the shoulder and a second man, 20, of Robinson, was hit in the leg at the PD Kwik Car Wash on Campbells Run Road, police said. Both were being treated at Allegheny General Hospital. Their identities and condition were not immediately available.

The 19-year-old was behind the wheel of a Dodge Neon when he was shot, police said. The victims drove to Smokey Bones, a restaurant in Robinson. The attacker left the car wash in a silver Pontiac, the victims told police.

Allegheny County detectives are investigating.
