To the Editor:
It is obvious to everyone (except perhaps the liberal media and those with their own agenda) that the American people truly are in favor of the morals and the traditional beliefs on which this country was founded -- the election process proved this to be true.
Now it is time for our elected officials and especially our judges to realize that "partial birth abortion," which is murder, and "same-sex marriage," which is perverted, is not what the vast majority favor.
We prayed for this election and the Lord heard and answered our prayers; now it is time for healing all the wounds that were inflicted on so many. We need to support and respect our president, not only for his office, but also for his courage in standing up for his convictions when the media constantly belittled him. We need to be united as citizens as the most blessed nation on earth, and it is time for the major networks to start reporting the news instead of manufacturing it. In God we trust.
