If votergasm.com has its way, the United States will be rocking with love after Tuesday night's polls close, the Illinois Leader reported Monday.

The Web site says its mission is to "send 100,000 first-time 18- to 25-year-old voters to polls for the 2004 elections, and to catalyze 250,000 orgasms by the morning of Nov. 3."

On the down side, it encourages young people to "withhold sex from non-voters until the next presidential election."

Election night parties -- only for those who voted -- have also been arranged around the country to get young singles out to complete the site's pact of "One day. One vote. One-night stand."

One party planned in Pooler, Ga., makes a straightforward promise: "Just outside Savannah, we will have a no holds barred orgy on election night."

While both parties have been scrambling to register new voters and get people to the polls, conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh recently called on his listeners to shut down the site.
