U.S. women name Paris Hilton princess
Hotel heiress and reality TV star Paris Hilton is the American Princess of the 21st Century, a poll by WE: Women's Entertainment network concluded. The research firm InsightExpress asked 1,000 U.S. women over the age of 18 for their perceptions of royalty and who they thought most embodies the role of U.S. royalty. Paris Hilton received a whopping 48 percent of the votes followed by Caroline Kennedy Schlossberg in second place and Hilton's sister, Nicky in third place, WE said in a news release. When told about the poll and her honorary title, Princess Paris replied, "That's hot!" WE said. Hilton's reign could be short, however.
