The swells were rearing to go on Saturday for the Animal Care & Assistance Fund's annual Uncorked & Unleashed soiree, where more than 200 joined co-chairs Linda Bagley and Alicia Passerin for some cocktailing for a good cause at Engine House 25 in Lawrenceville.

Board chair Dr. Kenton Rexford, Jamie and Bill Sarris, program director Michele Bozic and Victoria Berdnik were just some of the socials on hand, where a complimentary one-day doggy day-care gift certificate from The Dog Spot ensured some guaranteed R&R for weary pet owners.

Formed in 2008, ACAF assists pet owners in dire financial situations by raising funds to help save pets from death or needless suffering.
