Under the bus
Re. the letter “Arnold sewage bills” (April 1): The city says it changed the fees and billing to save us money, but nobody is happy with this arrangement.
The writer also should to check how his tax rate compares to other cities', including Fox Chapel. Arnold residents have been thrown under the bus and it's going to keep happening.
