Regarding the purchase and coming demolition of part of the defunct Mountain View Inn, that is most certainly what Route 30 needs: another strip mall! We most certainly do not have enough of those in Westmoreland County.
Getting rid of another historic, charming, eye-pleasing building while adding more asphalt is just a bonus.
