US Airways adding Wi-Fi inflight Internet service
US Airways said it is equipping its Embraer 190 fleet this summer, and its entire family of Airbus A320 next fall, with Gogo Wi-Fi inflight Internet service.
The expansion means about 90 percent of the airline's domestic aircraft will provide Internet access to their passengers for between $4.95 and $12.95, depending on flight duration.
In addition, US Airways is launching Gogo Vision, a streaming video product, on Airbus A321 planes.
The service will allow passengers whose devices are Wi-Fi-enabled to watch movies, television and other content for fees ranging from 99 cents to $5.99.
