Video: Pitt team flies Roomba-herding drone

Drone Practice

The University of Pittsburgh Robotics and Automation Society practice their piloting skills to prepare for the International Aerial Robotics Competition


Members of the University of Pittsburgh's Robotics and Automation Society practiced piloting a drone the team designed for the International Aerial Robotics Competition. The team must design a drone that can take off, land, fly, find and herd Roomba vaccuums all while flying autonomously and avoiding obstacles.
