Water main break forces road closure in Westwood

Pittsburgh police and the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority are looking into a severe water-main break near the intersection of Noblestown Road and Popular Street in the city's Westwood neighborhood.

Police closed Noblestown between Poplar and Baldwick Road a shortly after noon
