A water main break that occurred earlier this month is going to cost Etna Borough about $30,000 to repair.
Borough Manager Mary Ellen Ramage said initial repairs for the break, which occurred along the Mae West Bend of Route 8, totaled $21,000 without paving.
"That is all overtime, contractor fees and crane rental," Ramage said. "The paving is around $9,000."
Ramage said Verizon also is filing an insurance claim for a severed communications line.
