A Russian company has launched an Internet shopping site for very rich and busy -- or lazy -- Russian millionaires, The Mirror reported Wednesday. The De Luxe Alliance has an ever-changing catalog featuring everything from private islands to Arabian racehorses, mostly all geared to Moscow residents. The Russian capital has more billionaires, legitimate or otherwise, than any other city in the world, and the Web site is quite clear about its preferred clientele. The De Luxe motto is: "If you've only got one million, you can't afford it." On its Russian-language Web site, vladenie.ru, nothing is valued at less than $1 million, including yachts, armored limousines, castles and aircraft. The group has plans to open a bricks-and-mortar store in Moscow later this year, the newspaper said. © Copyright 2005 by United Press International
