The following will be closed in observance of Memorial Day: • Allegheny County Courthouse, 436 Grant St., Downtown • Banks • Pittsburgh Public Schools, all schools closed today and Memorial Day • State-run stores • United States Postal Service, no retail or delivery services • The William S. Moorhead Federal Building, 1000 Liberty Ave., Downtown.
