It's unclear whether the women seeking confidentiality in a lawsuit against Bill Cosby will continue after a U.S. judge refused to conceal their identities. U.S. District Judge Eduardo C. Robreno ruled Thursday he would not issue an order protecting the identities of women testifying in a sexual assault lawsuit against Cosby, the Philadelphia Inquirer reported Friday. The women had agreed to testify against Cosby in a civil lawsuit filed last March by the former director of the Temple University women's basketball program. She alleged the comedian drugged and then fondled her. The witnesses allege Cosby did similar things to them. Philadelphia prosecutors had declined to charge Cosby following a criminal investigation. Cosby has said he is innocent and that he gave the woman one and one-half tablets of over-the-counter Benadryl. © Copyright 2005 by United Press International
