Heather Buechel Age: 18 School: Heather is a senior at Baldwin High School. Residence: Baldwin Borough Family: Parents, Jim and Barb; and a sister, Danielle, 15 Noteworthy: Heather was one of nine high school seniors participating in the Art Institute of Pittsburgh's National Culinary Scholarship cookoff. She won $1,500 in scholarships and will go to Orange County, Calif., in May to compete for a scholarship as the Best Teen Chef in American Culinary. She plans to go to the Art Institute in the fall to study culinary. Activities: She works as a cook at Tambellini's on Route 51 and is a member of Future Business Leaders of America.
