The Penguins added four minor league free agents Monday, signing defenseman Will O’Neill and forwards Ryan Haggerty, Patrick McGrath and Cam Brown to AHL contracts.

O’Neill, a 30-year-old offensive defenseman out of the University of Maine, made his NHL debut for Philadelphia last season, playing one game. He had 50 points in 74 games for Wilkes-Barre/Scranton in 2015-16.

Haggerty, a 25-year-old right wing from RPI, is coming off a strong season with the Baby Pens, recording 16 goals and 37 points in 47 games.

McGrath, a 25-year-old native of the Wilkes-Barre area, has 20 fighting majors in 70 AHL games over the past four seasons.

Brown, an undersized, 25-year-old forward out of Maine, had 53 points in 55 games with the ECHL’s Wheeling Nailers last season.
