Here's a stunner: Le'Veon Bell isn't coming to organized team activities for the Steelers on the South Side starting today.

In other shocking news, the sun came up yesterday. Also, I dropped my car keys and, because of gravity, they fell to the ground.

Who didn't see this coming, right? The only surprising news would be if he actually does plan on showing up.

I'm not even holding my breath for training camp or the preseason. I'll even say the start of the regular season is in doubt.

Bell didn't join the Steelers until the team was ready to begin the regular season last year when he got the franchise tag. Why would this year be any different?

Bell's normally active Twitter account has been quiet on this topic as OTAs approach. In fact, his most recent tweet was from two days ago, simply asking if anyone wanted to play Fortnite with him.

Let's just hope Derrius Guice doesn't take him up on that offer.

Pittsburgh's star running back isn't alone, though. The likes of Tom Brady, Rob Gronkowski, Julio Jones and Jalen Ramsey are all skipping OTAs for now. So is former Pitt start Aaron Donald .

The odds of all of those guys missing training camp entirely are a lot lower than Bell's.
