The Allegheny County Health Department has issued a consumer alert for Baltimore Crab House in Pleasant Hills.

Inspectors found 15 violations when they inspected the restaurant Thursday, the report said.

The violations included vacuum-packaged cooked pork, failing to label foods with expiration dates, mold growing behind the dishwasher and fruit flies.

A Nov. 3 inspection of the restaurant found 11 violations, including several of the same issues.
