D4L’s ‘Laffy Taffy’ is No. 1 single

D4L's "Laffy Taffy" shot up to No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart this week, dethroning Mariah Carey's "Don't Forget About Us."

"Laffy Taffy" also held down the No. 1 on the Hot Digital Songs chart while Carey's single plunged to No. 7 on the Hot 100.

Chris Brown's "Run It!" maintained its position on the Hot 100 at No. 2 and was No. 2 on the Pop 100. Nickelback's "Photograph" held down No. 3 on the Hot 100 but jumped from No. 4 to No. 1 on the Pop chart.

Kanye West's "Gold Digger" featuring Jamie Foxx was No. 4 on the Hot 100 while Nelly's "Grillz" featuring Paul Wall, Ali and Gipp was No. 5 followed by The Black Eyed Peas' "My Humps" at No. 6.

The Pussycat Dolls' "Stickwitu" was the Hot 100's No. 8 while Fall Out Boy's "Dance, Dance" broke into the Top 10, rising from No. 15 to No. 9.

The Hot 100 Top 10 was rounded out by Beyonce's "Check on It" featuring Slim Thug.
