He has worked in public relations with ministry groups such as Evangelism Explosion International, In Touch Ministries and Bible Literature International. Noteworthy: Geneva College recently hired Beavin as director of development to increase fundraising and donations to the college’s Annual Fund. Quote: “The Annual Fund has a large focus toward scholarships, and you don’t have to tell people what’s happening with the costs of college (tuition) these days. Economic times are tougher right now.”
