As plans for Westmoreland County's only planned medical marijuana dispensary advance in Greensburg, the company behind it, Keystone Integrated Care, is apparently in a state of flux, personnel-wise. Granted, Keystone had submitted to the state applications to both grow and sell medical marijuana; the state approved the dispensary application, which now becomes the company's focus. Moving forward, here's to a successful business model that serves a medicinal need.
